PERSONAL TRAINER //

I work most of the day as a personal trainer. I work in Health Studio Corpore Benidorm although I also coordinate the personal training area in the Sha Wellness Clinic.

I have had the privilege of training a great deal of famous people and /or art VIP´s form the art world, politicians ,and people from the world of finance, of which I would like to mention Naomi Campbell , because everyone knows her. Nevertheless, wherever they come from, all my clients are and have been special to me. So, from here I would like to thank them for trusting my services and although many might think that personal training is only for the rich and famous, this is not the case because it is a product for everyone.

What is personal training?

Personalized training is given by a personal trainer who is a professional that instructs and trains clients, generally in an individual situation carrying out safe and appropriate exercises with the aim of enhancing physical aptitude and health in general.

A personal trainer is a qualified expert in physical activity, a specialist in communication, social relationships, motivation and assisting the public.

It is a professional who carries out an individualized training for people who need to improve their specific or general physical condition, to achieve aims which roam from health to high performance (Fortaleza y col. 2004)

The personal trainer offers an advanced training to create effective exercises that guarantee results in training (Brooks, 2001)

In short, we define personalized training as the safe, efficient physical exercise that reduces the risk of injury and maximises positive results.

By hiring a personal trainer fundamentally we benefit from his/her knowledge, so that we can achieve our aims in the best way through the programme that he/she has designed for us.

In other words, a personal trainer will help us to obtain the highest benefit of the training sessions as they will be organised taking our requirements into account, whether they are to improve our health, our image or to enhance the performance in a specific sport .A personal trainer will provide suggestions about nutrition which will help to change life habits. He/she is a professional who you can ask any questions or who will clarify any doubts related to the training and in addition he/she will adjust the rhythm of the training to the corresponding level.

If the resources are available it is an excellent investment to train with specific aims , it´s a way of preventing aches or discomfort, muscular injuries, diminishing stress arising from routine and improving results in the hands of a professional.

Are the sessions carried out individually or in a group?

I find that the individual sessions are just as productive as group sessions. If a group hires me to train, I could use both options. However, never with more than three people at the same time.

Are they on-site, by telephone, e-mail or chat?

I choose the option which is most comfortable for the client. Sometimes I try the four options with the client until he chooses which one is preferable.

Nevertheless, I have a studio in the centre of Benidorm which is equipped with all the commodities for an excellent service, Health Studio Corpore Benidorm, from the Corpore group.
